ITW Hartness celebrated the grand opening of their new HQ and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located at 50 Beechtree Blvd, Greenville SC. The company consolidated three (3) legacy facilities into one (1) centralized new location with expanded capacity to meet the increasing demand of secondary packaging equipment. The Greenville Chamber of Commerce conducted a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday May 17th, 2019 to open the new facility.
With the new 234,000 sq. ft. facility, ITW Hartness now has the capacity to increase its position in the secondary-packaging industry. Increase in synergy, ability to inline key production & equipment areas, parts flow and execution are few areas expected to improve going forward.
“Our 70+ years’ experience of proven innovation and powerful commitment to our customers started here in Greenville”, said Tim Hudson, Vice President & GM of ITW Hartness. “This is a new beginning for us – to be the first choice in Accumulation and Packing for secondary packaging solutions to select food and beverage markets.
