In Business: Firebirds Woodfired Grill
Monday, December 9, 2013on
Firebirds Woodfired Grill recently opened at 1025 Woodruff Rd and a ribbon cutting ceremony was held on December 5th. I know for many people, myself included, traveling out to Woodruff Rd can be a daunting task. Trust me when I say that a trip to Firebirds is well worth the trip. From the moment you enter you feel that you have escaped to a warm rustic lodge somewhere in the mountains. The first thing that caught my attention upon entering was the friendliness and eagerness of the staff. Secondly, there is no way you can overlook the incredible “Fire Bar” that looks like something you would see at an upscale lounge in Las Vegas. They offer great Happy Hour prices on both food and drink and have a spacious area in the bar. My wife and I were fortunate to be included in Firebirds soft opening and experienced first-hand their delicious Lobster Spinach Queso, Pecan Crusted Trout, and Delmonico steak. Of course, we had to overindulge and try the crème brulee cheesecake to top off the evening! Again, I can’t say enough about the wait staff as we had more than one stop by our table with a friendly smile to see how we enjoyed our meal. So if you find yourself on Woodruff Rd shopping for last minute Christmas gifts, or are looking for a cozy environment to spend an enjoyable meal with friends, family or colleagues, I definitely recommend giving these folks a try.
