The Greenville Chamber has selected Colliers International as its broker for the sale of its building as well as tenant representation services to find the new location for the Greenville Chamber.

The Greenville Chamber underwent a thorough bidding process to identify Colliers International. This process was led by the Chamber’s Facilities Committee, comprised of 10 Upstate business and community leaders. “We were impressed by Colliers International’s professionalism and dedication to this project,” says Carlos Phillips, Greenville Chamber President/CEO. “Throughout Colliers’ 20 plus years of developing relationships in the Greenville community, they have earned a reputation of excellence in service and integrity and have supported the Greenville Chamber from the beginning. We look forward to working with their team on this project.”

According to David Feild, Colliers International Market President, “Colliers International and our project management team is thrilled for the opportunity to partner with the Greenville Chamber, a group committed to strong business-forward principles and our community.” He adds, “The Chamber’s short- and long-term real estate needs are multifaceted, and we have compiled a team of experts with a comprehensive plan to execute the Chamber’s disposition, tenant representation and project management needs. We look forward to the implementation of this plan and accelerating the success of the Chamber in 2018.”

The Greenville Chamber has begun working with Colliers to plan and execute next steps for the disposition and tenant representation. A sealed-bid process for the disposition will commence in the first quarter of 2018.
