The Upstate Chamber Coalition's National Issues Forum is an opportunity for Chamber investors to represent the Upstate's  business interest with our state's leaders in Washington, D.C. and engage firsthand in the legislative process. Community and business leaders will spend two days learning about policy issues, meeting with South Carolina's federal delegation on Capitol Hill, and taking in the culture and sites of our nation's capital.

Who should attend?
Leaders who are interested in the learning about the legislative process and the impacts of policy on economic growth and business. Individuals who are interested in networking and engaging with policymakers.

I have never participated in this sort of event before. What should I expect?
Lots of interaction with political, business, community and other leaders from across the Upstate.  We will have local elected officials, economic development, non-profit, education, and industry leaders attend.  You'll have opportunities to learn more about policies affecting business through briefings from subject experts on Wednesday afternoon to prepare for meetings with our federal delegation.

What is the actual itinerary?
We're hard at work confirming sessions. Check back for more information on an agenda.
