EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT AND VALUING OF HUMAN DIFFERENCE

Executive Assistants are often seen as gatekeepers to positions of influence and interact with many different types of internal and external audiences.

During this session, Dr. Nika White, Senior Advisor to the Greenville Chamber's Diversity & Inclusion Initiative, will discuss the power of developing an understanding of differences and equip attendees with strategies to address challenging situations where difference has the ability to create conflict. This session will also teach attendees how to maintain a culture of respect for the office of the President/CEO and other key influencers.

Twigs staff will also be on hand to provide holiday decor demonstrations.
