Bringing Partners Together for Collaboration
Collaboration is considered, planned and necessary, but how do we achieve true collaboration?
This session will not only provide the why, but the specific actions necessary to take your relationship with another entity to a real level of collaboration.
Loretta Crowley | Manager of Community Pediatrics for the Bradshaw Institute for Community Child Health and Advocacy of the Greenville Health System’s Children’s Hospital.
Jamie Moon | President of the Institute for Child Success (ICS), an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit research and policy organization dedicated to the success of all young children.
Jamie and Loretta will share an overview of their work as co-facilitators of the Greenville County Care Coordination Collaborative, a collaborative initiative designed to improve the overall well-being of children in the community.
Nonprofit Alliance meetings occur the second Thursday of every month. These meetings allow Nonprofit Executive Directors the opportunity to explore topics related to nonprofit management, and provides a forum to review opportunities and challenges facing this sector.
Networking will begin at 8:00am with the program running from 8:30am-9:30am.
