Budgeting & Cash Flow Management Best Practices
This Nonprofit Alliance meeting is designed for those serving in the finance role of nonprofit organizations. Dana McConnell and Tamara Hannon will share basic information and templates of how to prepare budgets and forecast cash flow for the upcoming fiscal year.
Nonprofit Alliance meetings occur the second Thursday of every month. These meetings allow Nonprofit Executive Directors the opportunity to explore topics related to nonprofit management, and provides a forum to review opportunities and challenges facing this sector.
Networking will begin at 8:00am with the program running from 8:30am-9:30am.
