On behalf of the Greenville Chamber, congratulations to Duke Brands our September 2018 Small Business of the Month! Matt Haskell, Director of Marketing for Duke Brands, joined us to accept the award.
Duke Brands is a family owned and operated private holding company committed to building on its 100 year history of success in food service and production with a portfolio of brands dedicated to quality and attention to customer service long forgotten.
In 2017, Duke Foods and Duke Sandwich Company celebrated its Centennial Anniversary with brand identities and a new parent company, Duke Brands! Duke's corporate headquarters is in downtown Greenville. Andrew Smart, President and CEO of Duke Brands, hopes to continue his family’s legacy for another 100 years!
For a century, values like hard work, uncompromising quality and remarkable attention to detail have been instilled in everything Duke Brands has manufactured. With customer relationships continuing to guide their focus, Duke Brands is poised for a new age. One that will not be judged for their past, but one that will focus on what’s next. Food service, production and beyond, the new era for Duke Brands promises innovation, fresh ideas and a family of brands that infuse the same level of quality, passion and excellence. The fundamentals of the Duke Brand remain the same and continue to shape and mold this family business.
Duke is very involved in the Chamber and the community. This year, we were excited to partner with Duke on the Excellence in Entrepreneurship Awards- naming the woman owned small business award after the company's founder, Eugenia Duke. Thanks to Duke for all they do to support the Chamber, fellow small businesses and the Greenville community.
