Happy Birthday to you! Rick Erwin’s Eastside celebrated their one year anniversary on April 21st, and we could not be happier for them. Rick Erwin’s Eastside “is a traditional American steak and seafood establishment that takes fine dining to new levels. The intimate atmosphere boasts dark woods, a wine cellar, and an inviting dining room,” adding, “We are committed to a memorable, outstanding dining experience for every guest.”
In true R.E. fashion, Rick Erwin’s Eastside is proving that they too get better with age. They have a new Executive Chef, Bryan Lindsay, who has worked under the likes of Chef Tom Colicciho and Chef Frank Lee and their menu continues to change based on the season and by the Chef’s Features. Just last week they offered a summer inspired Small Plate dish to die for- Heirloom Tomato Salad with burrata, pickled red onions, mint, basil, and red wine vinaigrette.
They also do specialty pizzas ranging from $10-$12 like duck confit, chicken gorgonzala, and smoked salmon. I’m getting hungry just writing about Rick Erwin’s Eastside, so why don’t you come out and join me? To book your reservations now, go to http://bit.ly/eastsidereservations.
