On behalf of the Greenville Chamber, congratulations goes out to Greenville Heritage FCU for being selected August 2015 Small Business of the Month!  The award was presented at this week’s board meeting by Ava Smith, President of Flat Fee Recruiting, representing the selection committee and our sponsor, Cowart Awards represented by Cheryl Taylor.  Alan Berry, Tina Ray, and Will Van Alstine accepted on behalf of GHFCU. Greenville Heritage FCU was chartered in 1941 to provide financial services to the employees of the City of Greenville. The charter was later expanded to include Greenville County employees and a wide variety of other municipalities and companies.  Now, Greenville Heritage has a community charter and anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Greenville County can join! With more than 12,500 members and $79 million in assets, Greenville Heritage consistently earns the Five-Star Superior Rating by Bauer Financial.  They have a full range of financial products and services designed to improve the financial lives of their members. Greenville Heritage has been a proud supporter of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce since 2002.  According to CEO Alan Berry, “Before 2014, our Greenville Chamber membership provided a means for us to support the business community and, therefore, make Greenville a better place to live. In the past two years, we have been taking full advantage of our Chamber membership and have turned it into a benefit for the Credit Union, with increased exposure in the business community as well as educational, service, and networking opportunities.” Find out more by browsing their website at www.greenvilleheritage.com.  And give them a call for your financial services needs.  The Greenville Chamber highly recommends it!
