In Business: Bullard Strength & Conditioning

I don’t know how you all feel about exercise, but up until this past January- I hated it; however, I feel differently now.  Why my change of heart, mind, and action?  The answer is Bullard Strength & Conditioning and Owner/Trainer Corey Bullard who somehow managed to reshape my entire philosophy just by doing what he does best- Physical Training. Now exercise is something I not only value but enjoy! Bullard Strength & Conditioning is a family owned and operated facility that opened their doors here in Greenville earlier this year, but the business itself began in 2007, and Corey has over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. Their philosophy is, “that everyone should be able to live his or her life without physical limitations.”  Bullard continues by adding, “We perfect the mechanics of movement to improve the strength and overall health and fitness of our clients.”  I can personally attest to the benefit of “functional movement” training because this allows you to improve the way your body was meant to move thus allowing you to get the most out of your workout.  Bullard Strength & Conditioning will create a unique training program based on each and every client’s strengths and weaknesses to allow clients to improve deficiencies and maximize strengths. What this means is you too can reach your personal fitness goals and full athletic potential. Their tagline says it best: “Clear your mind of Can’t” and I’m here to tell you if I can do it, I’m positive you can too! Bullard Strength & Conditioning is conveniently located at 15 Pelham Rd., Suite B (close to the intersection of Pelham and E. North St.). Check them out at www.bullardsc.com.
