Co-owner  George Gantt became a Tai Chi enthusiast after a knee injury during his college years, and his partner Ingrid Harris left a lengthy career in the business world to become a licensed massage therapist. We were fortunate at the ribbon cutting ceremony to hear from several of George's clients whose testimonies are truly amazing.  One 91-year-old client and his wife drive from Spartanburg 2-3 times a week for classes, and the motor skills training keeps him active and even playing publicly in a band several times a month! Another had a painful knee get 70% better after only two visits. And another has been working with George for 24 years and can't imagine what shape he's be in had George not pulled him aside with the urge to take control of his health. Equilibrium Zen Gym is offering ways to improve motor skills and health with a variety of ways to improve well-being.  They offer Aerobics and Fitness classes, a Personalized Workout Schedule, Personal Training, TaiChi, Medical Qi Gong, and many services including Massage, Cupping, Reiki, Reflexology, Accutapping and more. We're all aging...George and Ingrid can help us not feel (and look) it so much! Go see them at 207 W. Antrim Dr, Greenville, SC 29607, give them a call at 864-419-2386, or visit them online at http://www.equilibriumzengym.com.
